Our club will be using this page to pass along information to our coaches and anyone who wants to learn more about coaching this game.

We would like our staff on the boys side to at least have a D license. Our Boys DOC is strongly encouraging our coaches to take the E license course as soon as possilbe. The club will reimburse coaches for the course. This courses fills up quickly so it is important to sign up right away.
The time is coming where you will need at least a D to coach in GVSA.

Attention MSYSA Coaches:
Pursuant to Michigan Public Acts 342 & 343 of 2012 all coaches, employees, volunteers, and other adults involved with a youth athletic activity MUST complete a concussion awareness on-line training program. If you are receiving this email and are currently involved with an MSYSA soccer team, you must complete the below linked Heads-Up concussion training video. As a coach in MSYSA you will only need to take this training one time. For your records, we recommend you keep your completion certificate on file.
If you have already completed this training, you do not need to do it again. Compliance with this new Michigan legislation is required by June 30, 2013.
