Annette has been coaching at MFJ since summer of 2014. She is currently an assistant coach at Grand Valley State University and has won two National Championships in four years with the program.
A local product, Stromberg attended North Muskegon High school before attending Alma College. While at Alma, she was a four year varsity midfielder. As a junior, Annette helped Alma capture its first-ever Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA) regular season title. The next season, she guided the Scots to the 2011 MIAA Tournament crown and the program's only NCAA Tournament berth. Annette earned a bachelor's degree in integrative physiology and health science with a minor in chemistry.
After graduating in 2012, Stromberg served as an assistant coach for two years at her alma mater. She was hired as an assistant coach at GVSU in 2014. Other coaching stints include serving as an assistant coach and evaluator with the Michigan Olympic Development Program. She was also a staff coach with the TNT Dynamite Soccer club and helped the '99 girls team reach the State Cup Finals.
